| Q. How does mp3players4free.com work? |

| Q. How do I get my free bonus gift? |
| A. All you have to do to receive your bonus gift is complete 1 additional offer and refer 2 friends to do the same! |
| Q. Do I have to pick a bonus gift? |
A. No, bonus gifts are optional and you will only be allowed to check out with one if you've completed the requirements and been approved to receive it. If you select a bonus gift and decide you don't want it, either select "No Bonus Gift" on the "Select Gifts" page or simply checkout when you've received approval on your primary gift.
NOTE: If you choose to checkout without the bonus gift, you will not be able to go back and work towards the bonus item.

| A. Yes, you have seen through our site's dedication to the company and have seen the proof. |

| Q. Can I have more than one account per site? |
| A. No. This is strictly against OfferCentric's policy. Having multiple accounts for a site for any reason is not allowed. If you want to change the email address you signed up under, you can do this at any time via the "My Account" page. |
| Q. Can I delete my account or change who I signed up under? |
| A. No. If you no longer wish to use your account you simply abandon it. You cannot delete your account, change who you signed up under or transfer offer credits. |
| Q. Can I transfer referrals or offer credits between sites? |
| A. No. Any offers you complete or referrals you get for a particular site can only count towards getting your free gift(s) on that site. |

| Q. How do I get the status on offers my referrals completed? |
| A. If your referrals have completed offers, waited the specified period of time and did not receive credit, please ask THEM to fill out the Offer Completion Follow-up Request form. Please do not email OfferCentric asking to check on your referrals as there is no way for them to call/email every advertiser and ask them the status of each of your referrals accounts, advertisers will not give account information to us for accounts that do not belong to us. |
| Q. Can I or my friend(s) join if they are not from the US? |
| A. Currently OfferCentric only allows US residents to participate. This is mainly due to advertiser restrictions. They are however working on allowing Canadian users to join using offers that are not restricted to the US only. This should be in place soon. |
| Q. Can I refer my someone living with me? |
| A. As the Terms and Conditions state, OfferCentric only allows one account per household. |

| Q. I clicked "I have completed this offer" by mistake? |
| A. Click the "Click here if you did not complete this offer" link under the offer in question and it will undo it. |
| Q. I completed an offer but never received credit. |
| A. Please make sure you have followed the instructions correctly and waited the provided number of days to receive credit. It may take up to 10 business days for some offers to complete. |
| Q. I can't see the offer images/There are no offer links! |
| A. Most likely you either are or have run software designed to block banner ads. Because our offer images and links are essentially banner ads they will probably get blocked. Either disable your ad blocking software while on the OfferCentric sites or add the OfferCentric sites as allowed to show ads (if your software supports this). |
| Q. How long before I get credit for a completed offer/referral? |
| A. OfferCentric imports offer/referral credits several times each business day. The amount of time it takes to receive credit for a specific offer/referral depends on how long it take the advertiser to provide OfferCentric with verification. |

| Q. How do I get my gift(s) once I've completed all the requirements? |
| A. Once you've completed all the requirements, your account will be checked and all referrals validated. If your account passes the verification process you will be notified by email that you are able to check out with your item. A link will display on the status page which will take you through the process of entering your mailing address and verifying your order. |
| Q. When will I receive my gift(s)? |
| A. After you complete your requirements, your account will be reviewed to verify the validity of your referrals and their status. OfferCentric will then send you an email to login to your account and checkout with your $275 PayPal Payment! |
